To set up and reconfigure the STB emulator you can refer to our guide. If you still come across the issue you have been facing, you might consider installing the app and Reconfiguring the app with the same account details. Step 7: once you have clear the cache data and forced stopped the application, close the app and relaunch it.
Step 6: Once you clear the cache data then click on force stop option and click ok. And for that, you would be required to have the MAC address and Portal URL with you. If you mistakenly click on the clear data option you would have to set it back up and if you mistakenly click on the clear data option you would have to set up and reconfigure the STB emulator app once again. Step 5: You need to click on the clear cache option.
